What file types do you accept for uploads?
We recommend PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI.

Custom Orders, Artwork Requirements & No-Refund Policy
Are custom orders refundable?
No. All products we sell — including DTF, UV-DTF, banners, stickers, gang sheets, and all printed items — are custom made to order. Because of this, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed unless we make a production error.
Do you fix or adjust artwork?
No. All artwork must be 100% print-ready when uploaded.
This means:

Correct size

Correct colors

High-resolution (300 DPI recommended)

Transparent background when required

Properly prepared files with no missing fonts or hidden layers
We print files exactly as submitted.
Who is responsible if the artwork is wrong?
The customer is fully responsible for ensuring artwork is correct before ordering.
If you are unsure whether your file is print-ready, please do not place an order until you have confirmed.
What happens if there is a printing issue?
If the issue is caused by our production process, we will reprint the affected items.
Issues caused by customer-provided artwork or file setup are not eligible for refunds or free reprints.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because production begins quickly, cancellations or edits cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.
